Brandt Brass Ensemble (12 artists)

Please, read carefully all the statements of the rider of the Brandt Brass Ensemble that are necessary in organizing concerts of the ensemble beyond The Russian Federation.

I. The road
The train. (compartment car):
Saratov – Moscow – Saratov
The Plane:
Moscow – Guest country - Moscow

II. Transport
Bus (airport – hotel – concert place, etc.)
Moving within the country for more than 500 km by train (flier).

III. Living
Hotel**** - 6 rooms ( with two beds)
Meals – three times a day

IV. The fee and daily allowance.
The fee must be payed not later than the beginning of the concert to the director of the ensemble by the sponsors or organizers. The concert fee is 1500 (one thousand and five hundred EURO) for one concert. The daily allowance is 50 (fifty) EURO per man that must be payed daily by the organizers to the director of ensemble not later than 10:00 a.m.

V. Tour-schedule (number of concerts, regularity, programme, cities, moving between the cities) must be clear 1 month before the beginning of the tour.

VI. The time of the concerts
The concert is 1 hour 15 minutes long without intermission or in two sections of 40 minutes with the interlude.

VII. Regularity of the concerts
Better – one concert a day
Maximum – 2 concerts a day.
In case there are two concerts a day, the next day must be free of the concert.
Between the concerts no more than two days off.

VIII. 3 make-up rooms, mineral water

IX. Acoustic rehearsal at a time discussed by both ensemble and the administration.

Tour-schedule (number of concerts, regularity, programme, cities, moving between the cities) must be clear 1 (one) month before the beginning of the tour.

I. The road

Saratov –Guest-city – Saratov
If the road takes more than 48 hours by train then the Brandt Brass Ensemble travels by plain:
Saratov – Guest-city - Saratov

II. Inner Transport
Bus (airport – hotel – concert place, etc.)

III. Living
Hotel - 6 (six) rooms (with two beds and all conditions included)
Meals – three times a day

IV. The fee.
The fee must be payed by the administration not later than the beginning of the concert to the director of the ensemble by the sponsors or organizers. The concert fee is not less than 40000 (forty thousand without taxes) rubles Per concert.

V. The time of the concerts
The concert is 1 hour 15 minutes long without intermission or in two sections of 40 minutes with the interlude.

VI. 2 (two) make-up rooms, mineral water

VII. 1 (one) microphone for the presenter.

VIII. Acoustic rehearsal at a time discussed by both ensemble and the administration.
